After boiling the milk for 10 minutes, all you need to do is to the let the temperature cool down to 55-60°C et add the leaven (which was mixed to a cup of coffee of milk an hour before) or the cup of leaven you kept from your last production.
You will be able to realize perfumed yogurt (or natural) with syrup or jam while making savings and pleasing the gourmets in the house! |
