Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 2 chicken breasts - 3 tomatoes - 1 red pepper - 25 cl fresh cream - 1 chicken broth cube - 1 butter nut - 1 pinch of Herbs of Provence - 2 shallots - paprika, salt, pepper
Preparation :
Season the chicken breasts on each side with salt, paprika and pepper Brown them with butter in a heavy pan. When the breasts browned well, add diced tomatoes and red peppers, chopped shallots and the chicken broth cube. Add 10dl of water. Add chopped herbs of Provence and sallow to boil gently during 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken breasts and keep them warm. Add fresh cream in the pan and boil gently for 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve this meal with tagliatelles or rice. |
