Ingredients (for 4) :
- 2-3 zucchinis - 2 glasses of rice (240g) - 20 cl liquid cream - grated Gruyere - salt, pepper - herbs of Provence
Preparation :
Pre-heat the oven Th. 6/7 (180-200°C).
Partially peel the zucchinis and grate them. Oil an oven dish, add the rice and put the zucchinis on top.
In a bowl, add the cream, the salt, the pepper and the herbs and pour the mix over the zucchinis. Spread delicately. Add the grated Gruyere.
Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. |
