bilberry from Ardèche yogurt

Ingredients (for 8 pots) :

- 1 l of cold milk
- 1 leaven sachet
- 4 soup spoons of bilberry jam


Preparation :

Whip the jam with 3 soup spoons of milk. Add leaven (or a yogurt for the last preparation). Leave the preparation for 2 hours without stirring.

Meanwhile, boil one liter of milk (use an anti-overflow spoon) ; when the milk starts to boil reduce the heat to low and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Stop the heat and wait until the milk's temparature went down to 55-60C to add the bilberry mix. Mix well with a whip and add in the pot of the yogurt maker machine Secret des Traditions®. Close the top and let the pots there for 6 hours without opening.

Put in the yogurt maker machine and let the yogurt making during 6 hours.
